Suvarna Bharati Urban Health Center

GVMC, Visakhapatnam 2005 – 2016

Provided essential urban healthcare services including outpatient care, maternal health, and preventive services.

Chengalrao Pet Urban Health Center

Strengthened access to primary healthcare services in urban settlements.

Narava Urban Health Center (57th Ward)

Focused on community-based healthcare, awareness, and disease prevention.
